ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION

A tracking number will be available for every purchase and will be sent to you via email as shipping confirmation.

Please be sure to enter the email address correctly, or the shipping confirmation will not be sent properly.

DELIVERY TIME

During regular business days, orders that are placed by 5 PM (CST) will be dropped off to couriers the next day.

FOR THE USA

Orders for The USA can be shipped with The U.S. Postal Service, or UPS. Rates are automatically calculated for you based upon the weight of the order and its destination.

FOR CANADA

Please note, our shipping rates to Canada are discounted rates. The customer will be responsible for any import tariff payment of shipment to Canada.

Shipments to Canada are flat rates via the postal service, or the rates are automatically calculated for you based upon the weight of the order and its destination via UPS.

We charge $15.00 (USD) or $20.00 (USD) as flat rates for First-Class weighted mail to Canada. The U.S. Postal Service would normally charge up to $16.25 or $21.25 for the same rates to Canada accordingly. Delivery time is usually 6 to 10 business days.

Bulkier shipments requiring Priority Mail service show our flat rates of $31.00 (USD) or $50.00 (USD) currently, depending upon weight and destination for Canada. The U.S. Postal Service would normally charge up to $32.00 or $51.55 for the same rates to Canada accordingly. Delivery time is usually 6 to 10 business days.
